The whole process was amazing! Booking it was very easy through emails, whoever I spoke to even gave suggestions in what to pick based on my nephews age which I really appreciated. Audrey was absolutely amazing with my nephew and his friends. She was so informative, she was very educated about each animal she showed my nephew, and she handled them so well. They were about 10 toddlers, she was so patient with them and so attentive. I would 100% book again and ask for Audrey if we're able to do that, she was the best
