During a virtual presentation, the animals are specially selected so that you can see them well on the screen. Also, these are animals that go out less often on the road, which gives the opportunity to discover them as well
We operate indoors for the safety of the animals! We work with several exotic species that cannot regulate their body temperature. Please note that we only need a small space indoors and that an indoor activity allows for better handling of the species.

Absolutely! When you make your reservation, you can choose the star you’d like to meet. Our biologists ensure the well-being of the animals and tailor the selection to your activity. If one animal isn’t available, another equally adorable and fun companion will make your experience unforgettable!
It is a service that is really different. We dance, we imitate animals and above all we laugh a lot!

For birthday parties, payment must be made by credit card through our online booking system.
For the animals, it is our biologist who makes the selections to ensure that we bring you species that are suitable for handling according to the age of the group. In addition, we must rotate so that everyone has their day off and to respect their respective stimulation needs :)
For institutions (schools, daycares, childcare services, festivals, etc.), it is important to provide access that facilitates the movement of the facilitator. With that being said, planning to seat all participants in a circle, at their desks or planning rows far apart from each other is a winning formula.
For birthday parties, no special arrangements are required. Generally, a room such as a living room is sufficient. All that is required is that everyone can sit down, preferably in a circle so that the animator can move around easily with the animals.
As we have more than 500 species, it is difficult to put your finger on exactly which animal will come to visit you! However, I can assure you that our biologists in charge of the animals will be able to make a selection according to the age of the children to encourage handling as much as possible in an ethical and safe context, the primary goal of Éducazoo is to raise awareness but also for young people to be able to take and touch the animals :)
Having access to parking is a great favor for us as we have many transport bins and temperature sensitive animals. If it is possible for you to free up or reserve parking (e.g. with your car or a guest's car), it will greatly help us. In the case of paid parking, the payment will be at your expense.
Our activities are focused and prioritize the handling of animals for all participants. However, some species are more fragile than others and this results in limited handling. However, we make sure to present the species to you in a privileged way (e.g.: the tree frogs will be presented on a transparent plate that everyone can share in order to see the species up close).

For other services, the following payment methods are accepted within 30 days of the activity date: check, Interac transfer, direct deposit and purchase order for educational institutions.
Our animals are considered non-allergenic, meaning that with low exposure, the risks of being allergic are very limited. The participant will be able to touch the animals without any problem. However, we will make sure to have them wash their hands thoroughly between each species to limit the risks.
Tipping is at your discretion and can be given to the host directly or through Teknotip (a link will follow after the activity).
For birthday parties, preparation is simple: a living room is all you need to create a warm and immersive atmosphere. Guests sit comfortably in a circle, allowing the naturalist and animals to move around freely and offer an intimate and memorable experience.
As we are a sanctuary for domestic and exotic animals, we mainly new pets. There are therefore no cats or dogs at Éducazoo.
Yes of course each participant will be able to interact during the animation.
Many of our parrots can talk, but they vocalize only when they feel like it, which makes every encounter unique and spontaneous. The parrot visiting you may prefer cuddles over speaking… or might surprise you with a few words!
Absolutely! The Fur and Feathers theme only includes mammals and birds.

As Éducazoo is 100% self-funded through its activities, all revenue is essential to the well-being of the animals. Given this reality, no refunds are possible in the event of cancellation. The date of the activity can be changed free of charge at least 48 hours before our appointment. In the event of a late date change, a fee of $75 + tax will be charged.
