How many children can attend the party?

We tailor the activity to the size of your group so everyone can enjoy it fully! For a 1-hour session, 0 to 8 participants is ideal, and for groups of more than 10 friends, we recommend 1.5- or 2-hour packages.

What payment method is accepted?

For birthday parties, payment must be made by credit card through our online booking system.

How long before the activity do you arrive?

For birthday parties, we arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the start of the activity.

Additional gifts (friends)

Additional gifts can be ordered for $6 per item. It is possible to order additional gifts at a cost of $6 per item.

Should a special space be prepared for the animation?

For birthday parties, preparation is simple: a living room is all you need to create a warm and immersive atmosphere. Guests sit comfortably in a circle, allowing the naturalist and animals to move around freely and offer an intimate and memorable experience.

Is it possible to see only mammals and birds?

Absolutely! The Fur and Feathers theme only includes mammals and birds.

Will my child be the star of the day?

Your naturalist will make your child the STAR of the day! They’ll enjoy exclusive privileges: becoming the official assistant, holding the animals first, passing them to their friends, and even getting a second turn! A celebration experience — bigger, brighter, unforgettable!

Cancellation policy

As Éducazoo is 100% self-funded through its activities, all revenue is essential to the well-being of the animals. Given this reality, no refunds are possible in the event of cancellation. The date of the activity can be changed free of charge at least 48 hours before our appointment. In the event of a late date change, a fee of $75 + tax will be charged.
