Habitat design

Each team will be assigned a sheet containing all the information on their species. After reading the sheet, they will have to assemble the habitat of their species as best they can, taking care to integrate the environmental characteristics required for the animal’s well-being.

This activity allows students to work in teams and  practice the division of labor. It also promotes communication between students. 

 

• Animals: Lizard (uromastyx, gecko, skink), tree frog, snake (grass snake or sand boa), turtle, small rodent, etc.

   60 to 75 min ― 4 species
   90 min ― 4 species
