I would like to say a big Thank you to Rose. She was truly excellent at presenting the animals to the students. She was kind and patient, especially with students who were nervous. For students that were excited and curious, she answered all their questions with enthusiasm and care. Really top notch service from her and I cannot recommend her enough. Her love for animals was evident and I really appreciated her warmth and professionalism dealing with the students. We look forward to having Rose with us again!
